Working and living on the west coast means that there is a natural lean towards food that is fresh, punchy and flavourful. Working with Ryan Stuart and Josie Boulding to see their cookbook move from their own test kitchen and inspiring others, was a great delight (and I even got a few good meals out of it!).
I was able to provide creative direction for the books’ layout and design as well as shooting the cover and supplementary images that supported photos the authors had been building over time.
